FREUD'S revolutionary new cabinet door making system combines the flexibility of standard insert tooling with the performance of resharpenable Micrograin Carbide Knives. The system gives cabinetmakers the flexibility to offer over 1В profiles of rail and stiles for cabinet doors at а fraction of the cost of fixed knife cutters. These cutters аге packed with special features such as: eased panel slot edges to prevent splintering and improve finishing, zero downtime to switch from the moulding cut to the scribe cut with matched reverse sets and profiles that always match, even after resharpening.
FREUD'S RS2000 contains both cutterheads, groovers and 9 different pairs of profile knives. А sample of а rail and stile is included with the set along with our comprehensive 'easy set up manual.
FREUD'S RS1000 is our basic set, containing just the two cutterheads. The knives can be bought separately, according to the shape required.
