FREUD's revolutionary system for making cabinet doors which combines the flexibility of standard insert tooling with the performance of resharpenable Micro Grain Carbide knives. This gives cabinet manufacturers the ability to offer over five different styles of raised panels for cabinet doors at а fraction of the cost of fixed cutters. An additional feature is that the cutters have а specially designed raised panel knife that will leave cross grain cuts as smooth and splinter free as cuts with the grain. The cutterhead is manufactured from high grade aircraft aluminium, weight therefore is kept to а minimum whilst strength is maintained.
The RP2000 set contains the cutterhead (RP1000), the straight profile back cutter (RP-OPS) and five sets of profile knives for 5/В" stock (or 3/4" stock when using the back cutter). The RP2000 is packed in а sturdy carrying case for convenient storage.
Light alloy body (Avional). For cleaning do not use products containing caustic soda. This item is supplied with knives. Cost saving: 5 different raised panels can be produced with this cutter at а fraction of the cost of individual tools.
